RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for choosing VIBRANT-COLLECTION. We value your satisfaction and want to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Please review our Returns and Refund Policy:

𝗥𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻𝘀
   - Returns are accepted within 2 days after the delivery of saree.
   - Please note that we have written all the description of saree on website. If you want to return the saree then contact us on vibrantcollections05@gmail.com or 8850507946 stating the return reason of saree.
   - Sarees must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- In case of defected saree, we will refund whole amount after pickup of saree from your place.
But if you have any other reason then our courier partners will pick saree from your place & we will give you a credit note of that money except Rs. 200 of shipping so that you can buy another saree.
(E.g. You bought a saree worth Rs 2500. You want to return it, then we will give you credit note of Rs. 2300. You can use these Rs. 2300 to buy any other saree from website.)

In case of COD order, we will not count the COD extra charges in calculating the refund. 

Note: If you want to exchange any item from "Clearance Sale" section, you will have to exchange with any item from that section only, not with any other collection. If any Exchanges are accepted then the exchange of that product will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days.


𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆
   - If you have placed an order and you want to cancel it, then email us vibrantcollections05@gmail.com or WhatsApp 8850507946  within 24 hours.
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours. After processing for shipping, cancellations may not be possible.
If you want to cancel the prepaid order after shipping and when it is in transit, then you will get the refund after we cut the shipping charges from it.

𝗥𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱𝘀
 - If any Refunds approved, the Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days.
- In case of defected products you receive, we will refund whole amount within 7 days.
- In case of other reason of return, no refund. Only credit note (minus shipping cost)

COD facility: yes.

- Handloom and handcrafted sarees may have unique irregularities, which are not defects but intrinsic to the craftsmanship.
- Due to different screens and lighting, colors may have minor variations. Please note that this is not a valid reason for cancellation.
