ORDER DISPATCH

vibrant-collection orders are usually processed and dispatched within 3 working days. In case of any delays in processing your order, we will intimate you and inform you regarding possible delays.

ORDER DELIVERY

For India:

Our logistics partner usually deliver the shipment in 5-6  days for metro cities and 7-8 days for non-metro cities from the time we dispatch your order. However, in case of any unforeseen circumstances or rare operational issues, there might be a delay in delivering your order. All the orders will be delivered within 5 - 8 business days.

SHIPPING CHARGES 

Shipping within India:

vibrant-collection offers free shipping above 1000 Rs  for all prepaid orders within India If the order is below 1000 Rs customer has to pay 100 Rs shipping charges. Shipping charges/Cash-handling charge of ₹150 is applicable for all COD orders within India.
